I can't explain it, those skinny spikes just gave me the creeps, so I edited them out :-).

OK - I want both of your new patterns! I will order next week when I get paid! Does the holiday house come with the pre-stamped material or the pattern to transfer it on to material?
My little Album quilt girl is almost completed. Saturday I will run out to Ye Olde Schoolhouse for backing material to match the material I used for the "frame" and then send her off to be quilted. I had so much fun making her. I love your patterns!

Your square turned out great! I did the same one not too long ago and learned how to applique doing this square. I like how you modified the triangle too; you're right, those spikes are a bit odd!
