East Cobb Quilt Show

Attended the Preview Party last night for the show; oh, the (363) quilts look wonderful and it is a very interesting and inspirational show to walk through. What a glorious art it is that we practice. You can hardly believe the Best of Show was made by human hands. I have some photos but I will wait a bit to post. Well, just let me show you one of mine again: it is my quilt from Jo's Little Women class created from blocks we swapped with one another and is stuffed full of gorgeous Jo fabrics. It has a pretty 2nd place ribbon on it now!

A ribbon - how exciting! I wish I could come down for this show. Hey - I will be living down there this time next year. Save me a spot!

I am so happy for you! That is such an awesome quilt! I remember gasping when I saw it in person. I bet your whole LW class is excited.

Great quilt! And it is a testament to what must be a pretty awesome fabric stash.

This is a totally stunning quilt. Is the border an original idea? It's a lovely way to showcase a massive number of Jo fabrics.
Well-deserved ribbon!
