So much Show and Tell!
A friend and I are swapping blocks for this quilt; in fact, two friends and I are doing a swap for this pattern, in two different sizes:
These two pieces were begun in Sue Spargo's workshops (notice the delectable hand-dyed green velvet in the first):

These are Sue Spargo's quilts:
Hope S. gave Barbara B. a birthday gift as we sat down to lunch after Guild. A wool pinkeep; isn't it adorable? Hope says she got the pattern at a wool shop in Connecticut and is the owner's pattern. Notice the mouse pincushion:

Love your show n tell photos. Those are a bunch of very inspiring quilts!!! Did you enjoy the Sue Spargo lecture? Some of my friends took her workshop too. Lost power for an hour because of storm. This weather is off the chain!
Wow! All the Sue Spargo things are so fun to look at - but the star? That quilt you said you are collecting blocks for with a friend - oh man! Do I love that! Is it a pattern or can you share the size of just one block? Oh I need to make that!

Show and Tell always the highlight of a guild meeting in my book! Some great talent there - enjoyed seeing them.
Do you have any idea how much I love that pinkeep?
You always have the best show and tell pics. That kitty/mousekeep is too darling!
My goodness, what incredible show and tell.
What an amazing group of talent!
The spargo quilts are wonderful.
Such delicious quilts! I want to try out more appliqué patterns and more complicated patterns, but perhaps with larger piecing pieces!!!
