That last picture with the tree is the reason we have not had a tree in our house in years!
Oh my! Rembrandt likes the tree doesn't he? He is beautiful. My grandcat looks a lot like and she is beautiful too! We wired my daughters tree to the wall, because I could see Mimi doing just what he did.

I love it! What a great photo! How much fun is Rembrandt having LOL! The years I put up a tree, I would tie it with fishing line to a eyescrew in the wall to keep it from falling over. I would also put cat-friendly toys on the bottom branches so the cats could play as much as they wanted to with them. I bet there won't be a bow on a present this year!
Our youngest cat climbed our 14 ft tree 2 years ago when she was a kitten. She tried again this year, and gave up about 1/4 of the way up.
OMG! Get the squirt bottle. one or two good squirts of water in the face and no more climbing trees! That bottle worked like a charm when mine were babies learning what to do and not do!
