I had a small quilt machine quilted once and the MQ overpowered the quilt. My darling mother unpicked the MQ stitches, the 'I' MQ it 'in the ditch'. Love your 2003...Great job getting those UFOs done. Love your 2003 SSS, especially the pieced inner border. I gave mine to my parents for Christmas; it's a great quilt. Even though it is tons of work, I would unpick the 2004 SSS quilt. I absolutely love mine and it is getting used to death as a couch quilt.
