Almost done with the ninth Circuit Rider block, the Pomegranate:
And harking back to the Smokies visit...
...got these heavenly books about the Great Smokies history, a T-shirt, and a license plate commemorating the 75th anniversary of the park's founding (already on the Fit :-) ):
Look out, Rembrandt seems to have Halloween on her mind!
I have that exact book, Mountain Home, that I bought at the Great Smoky Mt. Natl. Park Visitor Center last March!!!! Love it. You're doing much better with the Circuit Rider blocks than I did LOL! I ended up making a table runner with 5 of them. Oh, well....
The applique is just lovely! Those books look interesting too. I always like reading lots about places I visit, or want to visit, or live. I think it adds a lot to one's appreciation of places, but it drives my family nuts as I like to 'share' interesting bits!
Beautiful appliqué! I love your fabric choices.
ReplyDeleteYou are on a roll with the Circuit Rider blocks! Well done.
